Pokemon GO has become an international phenomenon, easily being the most talked about topic in recent days. It’s crazy and almost everyone is playing this game, Specially when i started to walk around malls or even chillin’ in cafe’s. Based on my experience i can say “ It’s totally ADDICTING “it just brings back a nostalgia feeling that you can remember your childhood memories, The time that you play pokemon on gameboy.. having battles with friends… I mean everything you can remember will go back. I’m a big fan of pokemon ever since and when i saw a video on Facebook that “ Pokemon Go “ will release soon on the app store, I just can’t believe that it will actually happen in real life.
Pokémon Go is the first smartphone release from The Pokémon Company, which has been looking after this multimillion-selling video game franchise since 1998. The world has been turned into a Pokémon menagerie, but the game is not without problems. The real fun comes from going outside to explore. Me and my friends are really loving this game so much! Because it’s not just an ordinary game, but it actually brings back the memories of our childhood every time we play Pokémon.
The game is simple we use our smartphone camera and GPS signal to locate Pokémon and places on which we can find Pokémon stops and gym battles, The game makes it seem as if wild Pokémon are cropping up on the streets of the real world. Walking closer will trigger them to appear, and tapping on them will initiate a Pokémon battle. With the optional augmented-reality turned on, it may look as if a Pidgey is peeking out from the grass just outside the front door, putting players right in the shoes of a Pokémon trainer. In the Gym battles they are not like the gyms in the cartoon(anime) but gyms are controlled by teams red, blue or yellow, which you will be choosing at level 5 and you can combat a gym of opponent or win over and occupy it or occupy an unoccupied gym, Battles are kind of simple swipe left or right to dodge and tap to attack. In “Pokestops” These are selected locations in the maps which are similar to pokemon centers in the anime, where you get pokeballs or items. Each pokestop yields atleast 3 to 5 items. This game has No player battles, No battle to catch a pokemon, Literally drains your battery ( You better have a power bank! ), But the Bottom line is
If you are a pokemon fan you will surely love the game and will play it till you catch ’em all.

Joining the hype and catching with the trend. Ayala Malls, with its open spaces, gardens & water features have naturally attracted various Pokemon creatures, which in turn makes it more fun & exciting for the Pokemon Go fanatics. Our players can look forward to something even more exciting this weekend as Ayala Malls will be transforming its shopping centers into a “Pokemon Go haven.”
From August 12 to 14, Pokemon Go players can revel at the “Ayala Malls Lure Drop Party,” enabling them to hunt, catch and collect their pocket monsters while they shop and dine at their preferred Ayala Malls.
” On my way to Trinoma with @IamLarbs to catch Pokemon! ”
Always on top of it game, Ayala Malls will be featuring virtual non-stop lure drop at designated Pokestops, with the hunt set to start from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will resume from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Below are some visuals that can be seen last August 12-14 at Trinoma.
” Pokestop Sign! 🙂 ”
Pokestops and Pokegyms in Trinoma include, among others, the MRT North Avenue Station, Trinoma Façade, Giant Koala, Café Breton, Starbucks Fountain, Transport Terminal, Rooftop Garden, Trinoma Fountain Jets, Landmark, Chinese Trees Art Display and Staircase Waterfall.
Based on my experience, I really love how Ayala Malls came up with this creative idea to give bondings and share moments with friends or family while they’re in Ayala Malls and joining the hype. Pokemon Go has been a big trend to our country today and i can’t believe all of my friends are into this game. Sometimes we go to the nearest Coffee Bean ( Because of the “WIFI” ) just to play this game and… its crazy! Seriously! hahaha Specially when you see a Big Pokemon or a Rare one, You will definitely gotta catch em’ all!
Meanwhile, one of the most exciting parts of the event will be the Pokemon Strikes Back, where Pikachus will go around the mall armed with large inflatable poke balls and will catch random players which, in turn, will be rewarded with Ayala Malls Amore Prepaid Card or special gifts. And completing the entire Pokemon Go hunt experience, watch out for life-sized Pokemons shopping, dining or just strolling around the malls. Capture them, and share your experiences with the hashtag #FindEmAtAyalaMalls and #PokemonGoAyalaMalls
